1. Are your items genuine and brand new?
- Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine and brand new.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. I’ve forgotten my password to sign in and order. What should I do?
- Follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

4. Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do.

5. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
- After we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

6. Why haven't I received my order yet?
- We will always dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Items sent by standard / Regular Post within Australia take 2 to 6 business days and items sent by standard / Regular Post to New Zealand take 4 – 10 business days (depending on your location and chosen shipping method). If you don’t receive your order within the above time frames, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@pgadgets.com

7. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

8. When will I receive my refund?
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund according to the payment method used to purchase the item. Please allow between 7 and 14 days for the refund to be processed from when we receive the returned item.

9. Does my item come with a warranty?
- PGadgets will replace any item with a manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date of purchase. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
